Return & Refund Policy
At BooksGain, we carefully pack and inspect every order before shipment to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the guidelines below.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by email. Kindly include clear photos of the product and its packaging to help us verify the issue.
- Once the information is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Important Information
